I bought a product from Instagram and the transaction was through paypal. He told me to use the friends and family option to pay him so that's what I did. Before I still didn't know what it was so I just happily complied. Later on he never sent me the product and now I can't issue a refund because it's family and friend. I lost £25 because of this. Someone please help me.
