I think I ordered from a dodgy company

I placed a rather expensive order a few days ago with a swimsuit company. I paid by Paypal, and the website said that they provide free returns on all items, so it felt pretty safe.
I've since googled the company, and it seems like they might actually be dodgy. A lot of people have had problems with returning items and never being refunded, or being completely unable to contact the company to get a returns label in the first place.
I now think that I want to cancel my order, or at least be sure that if I want to return it, I'll be able to and will get my money back. Is there any way that Paypal can ensure this happens?
Thank you!

I did confirm with the company via their Instagram that the products were returnable, but looking now it looks like they've deleted my comments, which makes me believe even more that it's dodgy! Any advice on how to get out of this purchase asap would be hugely appreciated
Really embarrassed at my stupidity right now 😞
