I bought an AirPod Pro at a Chinese shopping mall, and it turned out to be fake.
Paypal replied that it would be refunded if it was returned. I tried to send it by plane, but it was impossible to send a product with batteries by plane.
So even though it took a long time, I sent it by ship. The product sent by ship arrived on December 21.
1. I explained all this to PayPal, but by December 12th, PayPal had finished my problem(dispute).
I have to open it again, but there is no way.
2. On December 21, a fake AirPod Pro arrived at a Chinese shopping mall, but the seller refused to accept it.
It's a shopping mall that doesn't answer mail and doesn't have a phone number. What should I do?
If this problem is not solved, I will be very disappointed with PayPal.
