I need to send a letter and documents to Paypal by e-mail with hard copy sent by post. My paypal account was compromised - no goods were ordered or exchanged but a fraudulent entity intiated a payment transfer in my name. It was reported within minutes but Paypal decided without invesigation that there was no fraud.
