It was the worst idea to buy from buenabuy in 1st of December , after I bought the phone I saw its a scam site and no one is reciveing his items, I bought a google pixel 5 for 700 euro and I sent them an email after 2 hours that I changed my mind and I dont want the order, and here comes the mistake I did, I open a dispute for unauthorized payment, because I was afraid of losing my money because its a scam website, I got a response from the website next day that the order is succussfly canceled and I will recieve the money from 4-5 days, the same day I got a msg from PayPal saying my dispute is lost cause they didnt find any unathorized stuff, the next day I recieved an email from buenabuy saying that the orders with dispute it cannot be sent, your order has been canceled, they didnt mention anything about the refund, and Im stuck here, they do not answer at all, and I dont know what to do! I need help, I send a messege to PP already too explaning the idea, I cant open a new dispute, and I am **bleep**ed.

A dispute for an unauthorised transaction is telling paypal that your account was hacked and used without your consent to make that transaction.
Paypal would check IP addresses and devices and close the dispute if it was you that made the transaction.

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say you made a mistake then they might open a second dispute for you.

If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?
