Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with a recent payment. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend Filing a Dispute on the transaction. This will allow you to exchange messages with the seller and try to reach a resolution together. If you're not able to reach a resolution together, you can also Escalate your Dispute to a Claim. This would then allow PayPal to review the issue and decide the outcome. Good luck, and I hope this helps!
