My account was blocked and limited at about the same time. I tried to resolve my limitations with verifying myself by ssn. It's been two years and they're "still reviewing" it. But when I call the support they have my ssn on file and I confirm it with the last 4 digits. I've emailed, called, and even tried to contact them on twitter and have never talked to 1 real person. I've always get responded to by a bot. With that, I have also not received my emailed on withdrawing my money after 180 days. It's been since 2018.
