I have been scammed by two different companies PayPal has not helped at all now one of them if offering the full money back if I send back the wrong item which they want a tracking number for which will cost money that I won’t get back an the other one they are trying to reach out even though I told PayPal I try reaching out an the person is not answering is there a phone number I can call to talk directly with someone ?
