I'm not sure where to start....I'm pretty sure I was not aware because the money isn't taken from my visa card, but it's making my PayPal balance negative.
It started with me not being able to log into my Netflix account all of sudden, and someone been using it, and I have no clue how someone took over my Netflix account, to begin with, I only share it with my boyfriend. So, I started to scan my pc, and I had a lot of Trojan viruses on my pc. I again have no clue how this happened?
So, I changed all my passwords on everything I'm registered on, and also by Paypal. That's when I see something sketchy as, negative balance and Two weird transactions.

On 20th January, someone sent me 650 USD(Van Khanh Nguyen)? following with 243,80 EURO sent to someone named Mutlu Pruijn...? I have not done this transaction! and Now my PayPal is negative. I even a customer case made with the 650 USD?? and it says "The case was closed in favor of the buyer, based on the info they provided. The disputed amount has been withdrawn from your PayPal balance."?? I HAVENT DONE THIS. My Paypal is negative now, with -227,90 USD? I'm so confused.

What do i do? I changed my password. It there a way to see where people are from by  whos been on this paypal account?

Sadly as the security of your computer is your own responsibility then its very likely that having allowed a virus to infect it and allow someone to use your paypal account paypal will expect you to pay the debt.

By all means click on those transactions and mark them as unauthorised and then wait for paypals decision.
