I have been sent a notification that I can not use PayPal anyone and they are holding my money for 180 days. I called to ask why, they said I violated the user agreement, I did not. I have been on hold for a collective 2 hours and asked to speak to a supervisor but no one will help. Does anyone have advice on how to resave this. Thanks.

Sadly you must have broken it in some way, paypal don't limit accounts for no reason, what would be the point as it would be counter productive as they encourage us to open and use paypal accounts as that is how they make money.

PayPal does review accounts regularly, and any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement or Acceptable Use Agreement, compliance obligations, etc., could lead to a permanent restriction.

Additional information beyond what would have been provided to you in a notification and/or email would not be available due also to security concerns and due to such information being proprietary.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
