I am hoping someone can help me here. It may be co-incidence or height of my ignorance. I paid via paypal for merchandise and that too accidentally with frinds and family way. Now I am scammed, not even a single email confirming my purchase and seller does not respond at all. It is a huge amount for me. I am not able to talk to representative at Paypal and it takes me to automated way and it automatically denies my claim as friends and family does not cover.
Any advise or anything will be helpful! i am looking if paypal can do me a favor and have one time courtesy. it means a lot!
