I did not receive the item yet and i have asked the refund from seller, They agreed to refund money but unfortunately my paypal account has been hacked and i had to deactivate my paypal VISA card. so seller have made the refund for another paypal of mine. But still I did not receive money.This is the payment transaction which given me from the seller(Payment transaction ID:04194250ET8034113 Please look into your paypal and check it,thank you.) Please do the needful to get my refund.How could get my money
You can't receive paypal payments in your country, you can only send payments for purchases.
However you can receive 'refunds' but they automatically go back to the card used to pay the money in the first place.
So if your card ACCOUNT was still open the refund may have gone through ok but its unlikely you will get your refund if the seller used the 'send money' option for your refund.
