I confirmed my identity and still can't transfer funds

I can’t transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account or pay for anything using my PayPal balance. There is a message on the ‘Wallet’ page saying I need to confirm my identity. I clicked on the links and it says that my identity has been verified, but I still can’t transfer money.

I haven’t received an email or anything telling me my account has been limited.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I'm in Australia.

My account isn't limited any more. I'm guessing it just took some time for Paypal to process my identity verification.
