Hi I am trying to add additional information to a refund for some faux perfume I purchased using PayPal. I have gone to the resolution center to add additiional info yet the "help informatoin tab" instructs you to do certain steps however those steps to add addiitonal info are not avaialble to follow. Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal or add addiitonal info?
