For some unknown reason Paypal restricted my personal Paypal account for breaching the terms of my agreement. No one from Paypal has been able to tell me what I did wrong. For clarity, I have two accounts one for my business and a personal account. I have disputed the account restrictions with them and they said they were reviewing it and going to reactivate my account. They asked me to provide proof of identity and proof of address, both of which I have provided in the form of a Bank Statement and my Passport. Months have passed and I am still waiting for access to my re-enabled account. With almost $4k sitting in it that I still cant access. I can't contact anyone via phone due to self described Covid service limitations. Emails have drawn an automated response but nothing more. Six months without access to my funds. I am at my wits end! Does anyone out there have a possible solution?
