Back in August I bought a floor lamp offline on the 9th. I waited until the the 21 to file a dispute because I haven't received a valid tracking number. I believed it was a bogus tracking number they originally provided. September 1st I asked for a refund. September 9th the seller provided me with a working tracking number and my dispute was closed when the package arrived I was some toothbrushes. Mind you I order a floor lamp. I then reach out to the seller no answer, I then tried to reach out to paypal they said I cant make claim and "The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection." Now I'm out my money and a items I didn't order nor would spend that much for paypal wont help idk what to do.
