Dispute Update

Hi Community,

I have opened a dispute to Paypal.

I can see it is waiting for buyer response which is me

I have responded about 3 times but it still shows the status of waiting for buyer response

in the meantime, the seller keeps contacting me to offer more percentage for the refund instead of full refund.

I have left the message in the message centre

I have been on the phone waiting for Paypal almost an hour now

this doesn't get anywhere

what should I do?

I wonder if Paypal seeing the email exchange between me and the seller, I don't think so

I gave up after 2 hours listening to the on hold music!

Seller now offered me 60% of the refund or else, I have to return the stupid toy, once they receive it they will give me full refund

I have rejected it

still waiting for Paypal to "protect" me 😞
