Hello any way to remove i cant use paypal anymore? They just says this but i dont know what i did wrong please help me thanks

I have the same problem and I’m asking myself what did I do. I feel like the company is taking peoples money to invest it. I mean how are you holding someone’s money for 180 days? A notice is 30 days max
