How to withdraw Money from a deactivated account?

Hi, I am Mohammed Mainur Rashid. One of my friend created me a paypal account. I used your paypal service more then 1 year. I am a freelance graphic designer and I received payments from my clients using paypal. As I live in Bangladesh so paypal is not directly operated in here so we take our abroad friends to open paypal account.
I used my paypal account for all legal transaction as a freelance graphic designer.
After deactivated my account I am facing problems to revive payments from my clients.
It's already 120 days over. I have 96hard earning USD in my account. My query is would you kindly activate my account and help me to withdaraw my 96$ ? Thanks.

Paypal is not available in your country and you are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.

As soon as paypal realises that that is what you have done then its normally permanently limited.

You can't withdraw funds to a paypal account in your country and you can't withdraw funds from a US paypal account.

Thanks for your reply. But As a freelance Graphic designer I need a paypal account in legal way.
Is there any legal way to get an verified Paypal account? Thanks.
