I opened a dispute with a seller and they escalated to a claim right after responding so i can't reply to their accusations now? the seller literally took everything out of context and lied about other things and I can't even respond, paypal will obviously side with her.

I also thought I would be able to add more to the claim when the seller replied so I didn't add all the evidence.

I have had an ongoing claim with several merchants. From $31.88 to over 200000 I honestly don't know what is going on or how to fix it. I have sent messages, docs, called, opened claims ...Bent over backwards. Who ever is running things at least for me, as I have encountered people who just don't help or know what they are doing. I can't get texts with anyone who will help. They are more interested in who I am then reading through things. I really myself have had it because you can't get help. I hope you do. All I can say is that I have jumped through hoops and still they just close my messages or cases. My next step is the BBB ,AG of California, the ceo,and the internet fraud dept of the FBI. I have had my account for decades. I've never seen it like this. I can't count on them anymore it seems.
