How to report fraud activity on my account? i cant find the option to report it as fraudulent activity.

If its an unauthorised transaction then change your password and security questions etc and then click on it and report it as unauthorised.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
