How to manage Account Limitations during review period while using PayPal API

Hi there,

 

Is there someone from PayPal that supports companies using PayPal's API for paying customers? We're a technology company that manages rebates; PayPal and Venmo are cash out options (both from same PayPal account and API). We were flagged by PayPal's risk team, and our account was functionally shut down without warning as one of the account limitations was the inability to send money. 

 

Our core product is paying out customers, and Venmo and PayPal are two of the most popular cash out options. PayPal's risk team said there is up to a 7-day review window. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
