How to get in contact with human support?

I have tried to get my account verified for 7 months, to get my frozen money out, and Paypal support has not responded to a single email and all phone lines are down. I have a big amount frozen, how can a financial institution behave like this? Do I have to take legal action for them to get in contact?

Can anyone PLEASE help me to get in contact with their support.

I have uploaded all needed documents and verified bank account. All is accepted by the bot, but yet my account is still not verified.

Same here, been trying for a month or 2 now ....

A situation that their programmers have not foreseen ....

How I got into this mess with Paypal is beyond me. From one day to another they deemed my account limited and ready for closure. I don't know why and no one is giving any reason why I cannot have access to my money.

Have you been able to get it solved?
