Good day all, Please is it possible for PayPal to track a payment email and get my money paid by for me. Someone use a PayPal has payment platform for am online course for me.and after making payment for over two weeks now he fail to render the service to me..and refuse to pick up his called .please how can I get my money back or if possible for PayPal to banned him and freezes his account in order for him not to scam other people.
