How to cancel a report claim.

I have file a claim that an unauthorized report. But I just find out I did pay to the person, it's actually my fault. I forgot about this transaction, so I would like to cancel this file or report. What should I do?

look into resolution center and find the case and close it.

if it is a Paypal case you opened.

if it is a credit card chargeback,you have to talk to your cc issuer
