I recently purchased an item $26.95 from an ebay seller, found out the item is not as described new so returned and cancelled the order, Paypal decided the dispute in my favour, however this seller relentlessly keep sending personal paypal money requests from $99.99 to $26.99, I contacted paypal and have not got any responses. How do i do to block this seller sending unreasonable money requests?
