I will never use paypal again either. Crazy they treat customers like this.

I have the same exact issue i bought a pool and i never even received a tracking number when i tried to contact seller that was listed on the paypal transaction the email was not valid and the phone number was disconnected.

PayPal denied the claim because it did not fit there criteria.
