paypal is asking me to supply a receipt for an item i purchased with paypal through bank? they are limiting my activity til i provide. I dont have a reciept? Just transaction here on paypal and through bank? What can i do?
Write a letter explaining why you don’t have supplier receipt for your item if you do not have them, OR if you have an copy of email order receipt, PayPal receipt with description of the item on it, bank statement, then explain those receipts in the letter, pdf them all and upload.
i appreciate the reply. I already send the paypal transaction, but did not write a letter. Is there a way i can upload supporting documents and send additional?
