I have sent money to a guy to buy something from him, i paid 250 dollars but he didn't give me the item, so i opened up a case in paypal. Then the money which i sent him went to ''On Hold''. He kept telling me that ''I will give you, your money, just take off the hold and i'll give it you, or you will get it after the case which is in 30days'', he didn't get a chance to spend all that money, he wants me to take off on hold so this time he will make sure to use the money. Why can't Paypal give me the money rather than wait for this case. Paypal wants me to talk to him, I did and it's true that he is a scammer. I just want my money back or end this case before 30days.
