How can I provide documentation/customer service email?

I have a 2nd dispute for the same purchase as the first one was denied based on inaccurate information from the seller.  I have a document that I thought I would be able to attach, but there was no option for this that I saw.  Now that I submitted the dispute, there is no way to add information.  Is there an email that I can send this to, phone number I can call or avenue to send this document?  I would greatly appreciate any help.
