How and Why is my account no longer usable?

For some reason I cannot use PayPal anymore. I'm a Twitch streamer and I needed an business account so I could recive donations. I sent my Identity Card as an Identity Proof and I left the bank info blank as I don't have a bank account. The next day, I woke up to this page. I have 6 dollars on my PayPal and I don't feel like making a new account just for that. I could use some help. Anyone got Ideas?

Sadly nothing you can do about it unfortunately, but its not just the account thats banned its you as well so don't try opening a new account or it will go the same way  😥
