Is there a service that will hold my payment to a seller until I have received an item ? I have been looking to buy some items on Ebay but am wary of the sellers. One has a 97 rating but hasn't sold anything for 6 months. The other has 746 feedback but again has not sold in over 6 months. Both of these sellers are overseas (I am in the US). Is there a service thru PAYPAL where I can buy the item but have PAYPAL hold the funds until I receive the item and notify them it is OK to send the funds ???
