I am in the middle of a Resolution Dispute with a seller. The deadline is fast approaching, May 1. I get a message on the Resolution page that I have "Message from Seller- (1)" and when I click on it nothing opens for me to read. I keep getting canned boxes to click to proceed which none of them apply to my needs and no way to contact Paypal directly. The purchase was made in December 2017. Ive sent several emails directly to the seller, and 3 messages to them via Paypal....and no one is responding to me....with 2 weeks til I no longer have any recourse. How do I actually contact a living breathing person at Paypal???!!!
