Paypal wont let me claim my money that my friend sent to my account i already gave my address, SSN, and the other thing and yet I cant claim my money. I’m trying to order something for a birthday present before its too late and paypal is being so complicated. Please help.

if that is personal payment (friends and family) you can have it after 24 hrs (if no issue on both of the accounts )

Is it showing as needing to be claimed on YOUR account ie you had an email to claim it?

Is it showing as unclaimed on your SENDERS account and if so is there a cancel option next to it?

Are the funds being sent within your country in the same currency?

Have you verified the email address the funds were sent to?
