I really am reaching out for some help please. I purchased an item online and it came to me from China and it is simply horrible and smells of rubber and not the paper mache handmade item I thought I purchased (mask). So I tried to send it back today and my post office will not ship it ( a tiny box) because the Chinese address plus the english address are not up to their standards. Help. All day I have been on the message feature at Paypal and I get absolutely NO HELP.
How can I get a REAL PERSON to talk to? Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I am totally disgusted and frustrated with Paypal right about now. Can someone out there offer any help at all?
