Originally I filed a dispute because I found out the place I bought from was a scam and I hadn’t received my package for about 2 months even though it said 1-3 day shipping and I never received a reply or any updates about it’s status. A few days after I filed the dispute for not receiving anything they finally had sent the package and I received it but it was far from what I ordered and PayPal closed my dispute in favor of the seller despite me showing pictures that they sent me a phone case and not the joy con switch controllers I ordered from them. Is there a way I can file a new dispute? I’ve tried calling and emailing PayPal but I haven’t received any responses back and apparently anything I type or say can’t be heard or registered when I call.
