I need a manager,nobody is listening to me to get my me my money back. Dear PayPal, I was scammed in September for the amount of $64.90 charged me 3 times. From a company called BG holding but they were listed on Facebook when I made the purchase as good szily from a site called super lazy sloths. Now they are listed under hobbi launch and various other names on facebook they keep changing their name and they do not have a phone number to call or any customer service even though they lift it email nobody even e-mails back ever I've sent multiple emails. The items I wanted were quilts and I never received them. I did open disputes against them and because I have not done this in a very long time did not realize I had to escalate the case I thought once I opened a dispute that was all that was needed it is not fair that I did not see an email because I was in the hospital regarding escalating the case so therefore you close the case in the seller's favor although I never got any items. My credit card company discover card was notified and they are aware and they approved the chargeback to me because of this fraudulent activity of me being scammed and not getting my three quilts. However you've made my account a negative balance of 129 and then took my winnings of a dietbet that I accomplished by losing weight and earning $53 and then I saw I had a 76 dollar negative balance so I paid it because I didn't want to owe money even though I really don't owe the money. So now I need to redispute with my credit card company does new transaction of $76 that you took for me because you are not listening that I did not get my items and I should not have to pay for something I never got. Why am I being punished for not getting my items? Where is the customer service? I have been a loyal member of PayPal for over 12 years. Why again am I being punished? It is not fair for me to have to pay for items I did not get in a Facebook scam. do you have a phone number for this company that took my money or an address or any way I can get my money back from them I have no clue that's why I purchased through PayPal so I could have some assurity. Do I need to hire an attorney?do I need to publish this on Facebook and other sources of media so that they can see PayPal does not help with scammers? I am really upset no one here seems to help I've called multiple times I sent multiple emails I've talked to several people on chars and it all gets down to either them saying sorry there's nothing we can do because you didn't escalate or sorry you'll have to talk to somebody else I don't handle that and the number they give me is from somebody I've already talked to so nobody can help me. and then all I get is an apology thing I'm sorry you don't like the outcome of course not why would I like the outcome why would anyone like to pay for something that they didn't get? Thank you for your time I appreciate you listening Maybe you'll be the one to be able to see that I was scammed and can make sure that I get the money back like my credit card company said I should because they submitted everything at the beginning of November saying that I should be eligible for the chargeback. if you have questions regarding the chargeback discover card is more than happy to talk to you about it their number is online or I can provide as this post won't let me. Sincerely, Janet <Removed>, ect same company as bgholdingco A scam and do not send products They are a Facebook scammer that needs to be stopped they sell quilts and other clothing items but you never get the item they just take your money and PayPal did not give me my money back because I did not know how to escalate a case after I had filed a dispute so therefore even though I didn't get a product I'm being punished by having to spend $129 on two items I didn't get the third item was refunded in the fourth item was taken off because it was a duplicate.

My story is a little different, I ordered 4 quilts/blankets from goodszily.com (and I found out about them on Facebook as well) in September and by December 4th in a 2 week period in 4 separate packages, I received 4 quilts/blankets. Only 1 was remotely close to being what I ordered. Come to find out my daughter did the same thing at the same time and has yet to receive anything. I am sorry you are going through this I encourage you to keep fighting. I am not going to send back but I am going to tell anyone who will listen NOT to order from them. They do not communicate to inform you about your order and they OBVIOUSLY lack CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and quality assurance!!!
