I'm trying contact Paypal formassistance with an account limitation. I've been on the phone for an hour now. Does anyone know how to get support from Paypal. My patience is running out.

Hope all is well and safe. I'm so sorry that you are having a hard time trying to reach out to our customer service with regards to your account limitation. Please be advise that our customer service hotline is current not available but the customer service as other means to service our customer.
All you have to do is go to our PayPal website at the bottom click the contact option besides help, once you click "contact" it will route you to the page that say “Contact Us” click that and there will be options provided.

I do understand the urgency of having this resolve the soonest time possible. What i may advise is try to reach out again to our customer service via live chat because they have visuals on your account. I have tried all possible methods to resolve this matter. Our business is affected. The person I chatted with yesterday did not have the authority to resolve the problem. She promised that someone would call me TODAY. I'm still waiting. I'm am frustrated to no end. Surely PayPal can perform better.

I appreciate your patience in dealing and i'm really sorry that i couldn't further assist you on this. Please try to reach to our customer service and make a follow up to them regarding this and advise them that you were promised that someone will call you regarding the limitation on your account.

Nobody answers the phone. I was on it for 2 hrs yesterday. I sent 2 emails over the last week without any response. I have no other avenue to go down. Can you please have someone call me.
