Help. I’ve been scammed.

I have realised within 5 mins of pressing ‘pay’ that the store is purchased $200 worth of clothing from was a fraud. I haven’t received a receipt from them, I searched online for the company and found the email address listed as a known scammer who doesn’t deliver. I can’t cancel the payment in my activity. I’ve raised a dispute within PayPal. What else can I do? Lock my credit card?
