Hi, I have not received my order. It has been 11 days. I placed the order and checked out as a guest. I have a confirmation from Pay Pal and a transaction number. My credit card company paid Pay Pal. I have not heard anything from the Merchant. Credit card company is my next stop. Pay Pal is very hard to communicate with. No excuse for this.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
