I can not access any of my money on my Paypal account, I can not spend or transfer my money, I desperately need to be able to access that money somehow asap please HELP!

funds in the correct currency?
have you verified your email address?
have you verified your paypal account?
what funding sources do you have linked?
are they all confirmed?
what error messages are you getting?
do you have account limitations?
