HELP i cannot escalate a dispute - not button.

Hi there, 

I recently bought an item on eBay that didn't arrive, apparently coming from China (it seemed a very good deal, too good to be true on reflection!)

The item didn't arrive. The seller quite eBay and vanished. The item on eBay was removed and i couldn't even make a claim on eBay. I opened a dispute on paypal, the seller hasn't responded. i need to escalate the claim but there is no link to click on the page (i know where it normally is but is not showing on this particular item).

I tried calling paypal yesterday morning but couldn't get through.

Please help. Thanks in advance.

there seems to be alot of people that suddenly no longer have the "escalate" i had to escalate 2 disputes this morning, i sent a message to customer services to make them aware, they was more than happy to pass it on to the limitations department
