I bought this product
H96 Max+Plus Android 9.0 Smart TV Box 4GB+32GB RK3328 Quad Core 4K HDR WIFI DDR3

I have not received the product yet.
For your information, the seller was locked in eBay the next day when I purchased the product. I received a letter from him telling me that my product would be sent to me.
This was not the case.
When I searched by the tracking number, I found that it was posted at a post office very far from the neighborhood I live in.
The center to which he was sent is: Morocco CASABLANCA AL AZHAR CENTER DE DISTRIBUTION
However, it should have been sent to the correct post office, which is: Morocco CASABLANCA AL SD OTHMAN. (It is the neighborhood where I live: SD OTHMAN).
Generally, when I went to check it, the employee at the post office told me that someone had received the product with the national identification card.
Please help me take my product or get my money back.

Unless you can provide official information from the post office that the address on package is not your street address and that the package was not released to you, you're not going to have convincing evidence to win or overturn a PayPal Item Not Received claim.
So if you haven't yet filed a PayPal dispute, you should get that evidence on hand first, then pdf it and ready to upload it in the dispute:
- Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
- Click "Report a problem”.
- Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.
If the PayPal dispute fails you can appeal the decision through the Resolution Center or by contacting customer service:
- Log on.
- Click HELP at the top menu.
- Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
- Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options.

Or you can dispute via credit card instead with the evidence, if that is how you paid.
