HELP PLEASE! I have not received the product yet.

Hello,

 

I bought this product
H96 Max+Plus Android 9.0 Smart TV Box 4GB+32GB RK3328 Quad Core 4K HDR WIFI DDR3

Tracking number:
RF781249245SG

 

I have not received the product yet.

 

For your information, the seller was locked in eBay the next day when I purchased the product. I received a letter from him telling me that my product would be sent to me.
This was not the case.

 

When I searched by the tracking number, I found that it was posted at a post office very far from the neighborhood I live in.
The center to which he was sent is: Morocco CASABLANCA AL AZHAR CENTER DE DISTRIBUTION
However, it should have been sent to the correct post office, which is: Morocco CASABLANCA AL SD OTHMAN. (It is the neighborhood where I live: SD OTHMAN).
Generally, when I went to check it, the employee at the post office told me that someone had received the product with the national identification card.

 

Please help me take my product or get my money back.

Unless you can provide official information from the post office that the address on package is not your street address and that the package was not released to you, you're not going to have convincing evidence to win or overturn a PayPal Item Not Received claim.

 

So if you haven't yet filed a PayPal dispute, you should get that evidence on hand first, then pdf it and ready to upload it in the dispute:

 

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem”. 
  3. Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.

If the PayPal dispute fails you can appeal the decision through the Resolution Center or by contacting customer service:

 

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options.

Or you can dispute via credit card instead with the evidence, if that is how you paid.

Thanks for all this information. But how can I get the information you said? This is personal information and the employee at the post office will never give it to me. Paypal or eBay should do this ... Is there any other help, or can you write to Paypal or eBay instead of me? Thanks

I wrote to Paypal Unfortunately the answers are very slow. Some even say that they don't see a transaction id in my account. Some of them say we have contacted the seller and are awaiting his answer, knowing that I made it clear that the seller was locked up by eBay the next day that I bought it and it is no longer on eBay. This is the seller's name: buzhixin_7618 I am still waiting... This is unacceptable to eBay, they say it has been a month since purchase, and I have to go at paypal.    And paypal instead of sending me my money, every time an employee says something out of subject matter. I am tired of all this. Please help me and tell Paypal that I need my money now. Thank You!
