I ordered a bike. Paid for the bike. My history shows that the bike was delivered. I NEVER received the bike! So... I filed a claim with Pay Pal. They now denied my claim because they state that the seller has proof of delivery.
I NEVER received confirmation of any delivery. My mailman states he never delivered any package to me or anyone else. The history states it was shipped USPS. The Pay Pal business isn't helping.
How do I track this if they have already denied my claim? HELP!
