Hey!
I order 2 pairs of shoes off SCHUH for my husband.
One of the pairs we received was incorrect (colour/style).
After I contacted them they shipped the correct pair (without charging me) but it was damaged (Hole in toe).
The agreement was I was to ship back the incorrect pair (they would cover return cost) and we would be square.
Due to the damage to the correct pair, I was intending on shipping back both pairs (thus them owing me a refund for 1 pair) but my husband has now decided to keep the incorrectly sent pair.
I contacted SCHUH to tell them that we would keep the incorrect pair and ship back the damaged pair,
However they said that the images I provided showed the shoes had been worn (they haven't).
So my long winded question is: Can SCHUH charge my Paypal as I paid for the original transaction on Paypal? As in have they the details stored?
