Got scammed on r/gamesale, is there a way I can get a refund?

Title says all, though I used F&F; I'm seriously **bleep** off since I've been in quarantine and been exposed to COVID, and wasted $94.50. Is there any hope of getting a refund?

pandemic coronavirus (covid-19) emergency. Sorry to hear you had a problem with your order. For that specific item that you have issue with, you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in the PayPal Resolution center:

Go to the Resolution Center.
Click Report a Problem.
Select the reason for your case and click Continue.
