So, somehow some one got my paypal info. They used it to buy starbucks renewel money to an account I don't have and managed to send stuff to addresses that are not mine. I filed a dispute online but paypal says it was authorized. Is there anything else I can do? its 600 dollars of damage, I am a teacher and barely make 25,000 a year. This is a lot of money to me.
