Got Hacked

hi my account has been hacked and someone used my account to buy a subscription on PlayStation Network and I already spoke with the company and they didn't take any money and it was from PayPal . I need help to recover my money back. i opened a case on PayPal and they close straight away without asking for proof and i texted them and they said i had past billing with Sony ( of couse i had and all authorized but since lockdown i didnt spend any penny on with PlayStation ) and they told just to change the password and now they asking me to speak with PlayStation like if was there fault for my account been hacked
