Has anyone else been scammed by this company? I ordered a pool for $299 and cancelled my purchase right after it was made only to be ignored. Paypal is denying my claim. What other scam sites are Paypal allowing to do business with?? The website is <removed> stay away from them! They are bad news.

Wow! Yes I finally got my “pool” 2 months later and it’s not what they showed on their website. It looks like a super cheap blow up pool. They’re a scam site for sure and I pray they go out of business. Lesson learned and unfortunately it cost me $299. I am also done with Pay Pal. They don’t care about their customers.

You bought from 1 of the below listed sites, sadly you choose your seller not paypal, they just processed the payment for you.

If you had opened a dispute for 'item received but not as described' then you would most likely have been refunded along with the many that are posting to say that they have been refunded (even if it took a bit of effort and time).

Avoid these........

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

HOWEVER you may still have the option to do a charge back if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I’m starting to believe a class action lawsuit is the way to go to protect all of the customers who PayPal has knowingly or at least complicity helped fraudulent sellers steal from.

I’m in. Paypal has been very difficult to work with resolving this issue and I have just written the $299 off as a lesson learned.

PayPal has been so terrible their CEO and board should be embarrassed. I’m out $350 after cancelling the same day, within the merchants cancellation policy but PayPal did nothing. I have been chasing for two months using some fraudulent tracking service that has NOTHING to do with the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. PayPal used to be something that customers could use and feel safe because of PayPal’s Buyer’s Protection - not anymore. As far as I am concerned, PayPal is the new Craigslist.

Yeah..expensive lesson learned. Never doing business through Paypal again, as they don’t protect their customers and researching sites I am not familiar with before making a purchase.

Same exact story here.   I still haven't received the merchandise and payPal is now calming that the merchant gave them new tracking information.  PayPal has been reviewing my dispute for over 2 months now.  I'm so frustrated with them and from the sound of it ... it seems like they have come up with their own reasons to deny the claim.  I'm ready to blast them on twitter.  I will not be doing anymore business with PayPal.

Same here. Mine was denied because original claim was that it didn’t arrive. And now i cant figure out how to get anyone to reopen for actual issue that it wasn’t what I ordered and was missing pump, filter, ladder and cover. And looks like I overpaid compared to the rest of you too! I’ve stopped using PayPal now too.

All these complaints, and PayPal is still doing business with them. Horrible.
