Game account scam

i purchased a fortnite account from fortnitegenerations.com and later they sent me an email containing the login but after playing with the account the original owner of the account contacted the game company and his account was reclaimed and the password changed by him(i knew this was the case since i was log out mid-game and the password was reset)....now i lost both the money and the game account....what and how should i write to paypal in order to get my full refund?

You could file item, not received since you did not receive what you paid for.

my major fear is that if i tell paypal that the account info was later recovered by the owner which implies that i had initially received it in which case paypal would mark as "received"...how should i go about this?
